Due to the government shutdown the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is unable to accept any new notices under 14 CFR Part 77.
Previously submitted cases will be processed on a limited basis. When staff return to the office e-filing submissions will become available and applications will be processed as quickly as possible in the order submitted.
Pending a formal determination, all submittals should be presumed to be a hazard to air navigation until advised otherwise.
Please continue to use the OE/AAA system to file the following:
- Airport Planning & Non-Part 77 Notices: Processing of new case submissions and previously submitted cases will be delayed.
- Extension Requests: Please file extension requests in accordance with the determination deadline. The determination deadline cannot be extended. Any extension requests not submitted on time will not be accepted.
- NOTAMs: If you already possess a valid FAA-issued determination and need to make your three-day prior notice to the FAA that a temporary structure will be erected, please continue to use the OE/AAA system to request a temporary NOTAM.
