The following cyber hygiene measures will be executed effective immediately for the OE/AAA System.
All OE/AAA System passwords EXPIRE at 1159 pm ET on Thursday, June 30, 2022. To avoid a work interruption you must be prepared to change your password the next time you login after June 30, 2022. If you change your OE/AAA System password before 1159 pm ET on June 30, 2022, you will be required to change it again the next time you login.

To reset your password:
  • Select the Forgot my Password link at the top of the OE/AAA Login Page.
  • Enter your Username and Last name.
  • Submit the information.
  • The system will e-mail password reset Instructions to you, so you can create a new password and regain access to the system.

The FAA’s Office of Information & Technology (AIT) is engaging in numerous activities to improve operational efficiencies over the next several months. These activities are essential to improve the FAA’s infrastructure while protecting FAA data and services through diligent cyber hygiene practices and continuing to maintain a positive user experience.

These activities align with President Biden’s Executive Order on “Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity” and with the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency’s “Shields Up” guidance to all federal agencies.

Privacy Act Statement (5 U.S.C. § 552a, as amended): AUTHORITY: The FAA is responsible for issuing a determination based on extensive analysis completed in accordance with 49 United States Code (USC) Sections 44718 & 47101. Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR), parts 77 & 157 authorizes FAA to collect this information.
